Hey hey kids, the condo is officially gone!  The new owners closed yesterday, so no more double mortages or stress about when and if the piece o’ crap would sell.  I am so happy to be rid of that dump.  My advice to everyone is never buy a fricken condo.  They suck.  Loud, smelly, and have too many rules.  The association was a bunch of pricks and the assesment was too high.  They have over 160,000 in the bank and could not change the beaten 20 year old carpet in the hall ways.  I love my house, there is nothing like it in the world.  I hope the American Dream can still become a reality when the next generation comes along.  I should be able to actually update the site more often , now that that monkey is off our backs.
